Ingredients

Chicken Breast, Carrots, Cucumber, Cilantro, Garlic, Scallions, Rice Wine Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Honey, Sesame Oil, Lemon Juice, Honey, Soy Sauce, Hoisin, Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Heat grill.
Grill your chicken breasts about 6 mins a side or until cooked through.
Warm buns if desired.
Assemble sandwiches, topping chicken with sauce and pickled cucumber and carrot veggies.
Toss Asian slaw with dressing and serve with chicken sandwiches.

DELICIOUS!

I loved this so much. Kind of like a teriyaki chicken sandwich. The pickled veggies were awesome! I just ate the chicken and sauce with the slaw, no bun. So good!

This one surprised me

The marinated chicken grilled beautifully. It was as perfect as grilled chicken gets. I think I'm getting better at grilling. Thanks, Maria! The pickled cucumbers and carrots went very well with the sandwich. The sauce was delicious as usual. The slaw was great. Sesame buns were good, too. This is definitely going to be on my buy list.
