Ingredients

Fresh Ground Beef, Bacon, Onion, Cheddar, Tomato, Lettuce, Broccoli, Potato, Olive Oil, Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

Heat grill.
Slice tomatoes.
Place foil covered vegetable packet on grill (keep closed).
Keep on grill for 12 minutes. At the same time, grill your burgers 5 mins a side or to desired wellness.
Warm buns, if desired.
Spread garlic mayo on buns and assemble with tomatoes and lettuce.
Open vegetable foil packet carefully (watch for steam) and serve with burgers.

Very good!

I buttered and toasted my buns on the cooktop while the veggies and burgers were cooking out on the grill. I like my ground beef cooked all the way through, so I left the burgers on the grill a few extra minutes and a lot of the cheddar melted out on the grill, but there was still plenty left to give it a good cheesy flavor. The garlic mayo added so much! My husband loved the stuffed burgers. My favorite part? The vegetables! SOOOO good!

I did this sous vide method

Put the burgers in a sous vide bath at 133 degrees for an hour, then grilled to get a good sear. It was so juicy and perfectly cooked....and delicious.

One of our faves

My kids order hamburgers every time we eat out. These did not disappoint. I love the way Maria's spices add flavor to baked vegetables. Now it's the only way I want to eat them.
