Ingredients

Chicken, Onions, Bell Peppers, White Wine, Garlic, Butter, Flour, Chicken Broth, Seasoning

Cooking Instructions

Place each chicken into flour mixture, cover thoroughly, then remove and set aside.
Add three tablespoons of oil to a skillet and set on medium heat.
When oil starts to sizzle, cook chicken 2 minutes per side until golden brown, adding more oil and cooking in batches if necessary.
Remove chicken from skillet, add veggies, additional oil if needed, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Add scampi sauce, bring to a boil.
Add chicken to skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes until chicken cooked through and sauce thickens.
Serve with angel hair pasta.
