It's our third act with stuffed chicken and we've looked to the border for inspiration. We take the awesomeness that is Chorizo sausage and pair it with a Tex-mex favorite: mild poblano peppers! Our fresh Chorizo Poblano filling is rolled inside chicken breasts and accompanied with a poblano cream sauce and a side of rice.

Ingredients

Chicken, Chorizo Sausage, Poblano Peppers, Jalapeno, Onion, Cilantro, Cream Cheese, Milk, Flour and Spices

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place the pan of chicken in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, place on cutting board and slice at an angle about half inch in thickness.
Microwave sauce until warm and drizzle on chicken.
Reheat rice and serve.

sooo good!

This was delicious with a to die for poblano cream sauce! We put the rest of the sauce we didnt use on the chicken on the rice, soooo yummy! My 7 year old loved it!

Home Run! Something Very Different.

We LOVE Maria's stuffed chicken breasts, so we knew this meal would be a winner in our household. So much works goes into this meal, but all I have to do is bake it and enjoy a gourmet meal. Without exaggeration, we rarely eat out anymore. We enjoy a restaurant quality meal at home for half the price that is far more nutritious than what is offered on a menu. Maria, you have changed our lifestyle.

Bland
