Ingredients

Pork Loin, Mustard, Sage, Rosemary, Thyme, Red Onions, Green Peppers, Zucchini, Flour, Broth, Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Pork

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place pork in provided pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked to desired wellness.
Reheat gravy, slice pork and serve.

Vegetables

Place vegetables in a pan.
Mix and pour oil dressing evenly over vegetables.
For reduced sodium, use less oil dressing.
Bake at 375°F for 15 or to desired tenderness.

Disappointing...

This was disappointing. Definitely our least favorite Maria's meal. Maria's sauces usually punch up whatever you put them on, but the flavor of this just seemed flat and uninspired. We did enjoy the vegetables a lot. Very tasty.
