Chicken, zucchini, red onion, cilantro leaves, honey, garlic, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, chili paste, oyster sauce, ginger, eggs, flour, corn starch, brown sugar, sesame oil, fettuccine, salt & pepper |
Cooking Instructions: |
Boil water in a sauce pan. Add noodles. Boil for 10 mins or to desired tenderness then drain and set aside. Beat eggs in a bowl until frothy. Dredge chicken in flour, dip into egg wash, then dredge in flour again. Heat a skillet coated with oil on medium high. Working in batches, cook chicken until golden and crispy, about 3-4 mins per side. Set aside. Wipe off skillet, coat with oil, heat medium high. Add vegetable packet. Cook stirring frequently until tender. About 3-4 mins. Stir in noodles together with paste until well combined, about 2-3 mins. Reheat honey garlic sauce for chicken and serve. |
