This was delicious. We loved everything. The gravy was drinkable and the salad delish. Need more salad dressing, tho! It barely covered the broccoli. Also, it took WAY longer to cook. Directions say cook 15 mins then let rest 10 mins, I cooked it for almost 40 mins then ended up microwaving it lol to reach proper temp. |

I am not a huge pork chop fan so I had low expectations for this dish. I was pleasantly surprised. The pork chop and stuffing we’re good and the sauce put it over the top. The broccoli salad on the side was also good. We licked our plates clean. We will order this one again. |

Wow, was this delicious and SO easy to prepare. The taste was amazing and the stuffing had a great blend of flavors. The broccoli almond chopped salad was equally good! |

I cooked exactly as directed. The combination of flavors were delicious. This is as good as pork chops can get. The stuffing combined with the sauce was a perfect match. |

We've enjoyed many dinners from Maria's Gourmet Kitchen, and one of the things I love, is that most of them serve three people even though they say they serve two. Now I have lunch for the next day! We plan on continuing to use Maria's, as you can't beat the convenience paired with the well thought out and perfectly prepared meals. |

This dish was new to us last week and was shared between 3 of us, including my 90 yo mother-in-law! Brown 2 large crumbly, pork sausage-stuff 1.5-2 inch thick boneless pork chops, finish in oven at 350 for 15 minutes-took me about 20 and then let it sit to keep juices in. Warm up the incredible creamy onion balsamic sauce (slivers of Carmelites onions, tons, in thick creamy sauce, great if you add wild rice to use with sauce and throw the lovely chopped salad in a bowl with fresh vinaigrette provided (I used a bit of raspberry vinaigrette and to spread between 3 added some avocado, a little chopped lettuce, and grape tomatoes. The 2 ladies shared a large chop and hubby had one to himself! This is really a tasty dinner that I would serve for company!!! |
