Ingredients

Salmon, Carrot, Daikon, Cilantro, Bok Choy, Garlic, Sugar, Rice Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Ginger, Sesame Oil, Miso Paste and Apple Cider Vinegar

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place the salmon and bok choy in separate oven safe pans.
Spoon miso glaze and spread across the top of the salmon.
Shake and pour dressing over the bok choy mixing well.
Place the salmon and bok choy in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked to desired rarity.
Bok choy is done when the edges are slightly charred.
Top salmon with pickled carrots and daikon.
Serve with side of roasted bok choy.

Excellent Salmon

The salmon was excellent as usual. But there was more Bok Choy than we could consume.

Delicious!

I was hesitant to order this but we loved the grilled bok chow and the glaze for the salmon was delicious. Very easy to prepare!!
