Ingredients

Chicken, Sriracha, Ground Ginger, Corn Starch, Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Orange Juice and Zest, Garlic Powder

Cooking Instructions

In supplied pan, mix chicken with corn starch coating evenly.
Add 5 tablespoons of oil to a skillet and heat on high.
Add chicken.
Cook for 7 mins until crispy, cooking in batches and adding more oil as necessary.
Remove chicken and excess oil.
Add sauce.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
Add chicken and toss until coated evenly, then serve.

Tasty but not what I expected

As always, the food was good. It said crispy but I couldn't get it to crisp though looked more like the picture. I expected stir fry veggies but they were the roasted that come with other dishes and were put in the oven. They are good, just not what I expected. I agree that fried rice would be a nice addition because we could add a veggie but these were a good addition to my husband's salmon dish.
