Chicken thighs, green beans, onions, garlic, jalapeno, cilantro, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, cumin, sugar, mayonaise, sour cream, corrander, olive oil, salt/pepper |
Cooking Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until thigh temperature reads 165F. Coat a sauce pan with oil and heat on medium high heat. Add onions and saute for 2 mins. Add green beans and reduce heat to low heat. Saute for about 8 to 10 mins or until desired tenderness. Stir in spice pack and cook for an additional minute. |
