Description |
Wonderful mixed grill with chicken breasts, chicken thighs, shrimp, corn on the cob, portobello mushrooms and assorted vegetables in an zesty marinade. Grill this delicious feast and serve with Quinoa in a special pomegranate reduction. |

Ingredients: |
Chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, asparagus, corn, quinoa, lemon, oil, spices |
Cooking Instructions: |
1. Preheat Grill 2. Grill the chicken and shrimp for about 4 minutes per side until fully cooked. 3. Grill vegetables about 3 minutes per side being careful not to over cook. 4. Slice the peppers and mushrooms before serving if desired. 5. Microwave quinoa for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm and serve. |

It was deliciously marinated and ready to grill. We had our dinner ready in 10 minutes. What a wonderful concept Maria to have homemade dinner ready in 10 minutes. Thank you sooooooo much. We had a guest for dinner as well. We all enjoyed our dinner and complimented on it! |
