Pork, onions, white wine, mustard, spices |
Cooking Instructions: |
Coat a pan with oil and heat on medium heat. Saute pork 3 minutes per side. Add more oil as needed and cook in batches if necessary. Remove to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm. Add sauce to same pan and heat until warm. Serve with pork. |

I am not a Pork eater. I should say, however, that for the sake of trying this new item prepared a la Francais, I ordered. My husband loved it. As for me, I should admit that the tangy sauce with wine and mustard made it a real pleasant dinner. Maro |
