Flank steak, onion, bell pepper, crushed tomato, carrot, celery, green olives, pimientos, capers, parsley, roasted red pepper, black beans, tomato paste, garlic, white wine, chicken broth, oregano, bay leaves, cumin, paprika, olive oil and spices |
Cooking Instructions: |
Reheat shredded meat, black beans and rice in the microwave for 3 to 5 minutes until thoroughly warm on high power, checking regularly. |

Super quick since everything is already prepared and you just microwave to heat -- the flavor is pretty good. It's different from the ropa vieja I've had in the past, but a good change of pace. |

My husband and I really enjoyed this entree, and we will be sure to include it in our subsequent orders when available. We really appreciate that Maria offers such a variety of ethnic cuisine, and we no longer get in a rut of making the same dinners over and over again. |
