Solid Dinner

This was nice salmon. I enjoyed the cooking method. I do find I need to cook any salmon recipe from Maria 1-2 minutes longer than called for since we like our well done. The roasted vegetables on the side were good, as always. We served some cornbread with it for an enjoyable meal.

Very good

We liked it and the salmon was cooked perfectly as directed. We did not care for one of the spices, perhaps rosemary. This is not Maria's fault, just personal taste. Portions, as always, are ample. The directions also said something about asparagus but the packets did not contain any asparagus.

Weeknight breeze

It doesn't get any easier than sticking a foil packet in the oven. The flavor is fantastic, and the foil keeps the fish moist. Our one-year-old devoured it.

Salmon Packets

So very moist and seasoned. Vegetables were baked with salmon but I should have used a little less dressing that was included. Directions did suggest doing that to reduce sodium content. Great meal with fresh bread.
