Chicken breast, bell pepper, pineapple, onion, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, ketchup, sugar, corn starch, salt |
Cooking Instructions: |
Mix the marinade with the chicken and let sit 15 mins to 1 hour in the fridge. Coat a skillet with oil. Heat to medium high heat. Coat the chicken with corn starch. Cook on both sides until golden brown then remove. Add more oil if needed then add veggies and saute 4 mins. Add sauce and cook for 3 mins until slightly thickened. Add chicken, toss and transfer to serving plate. Reheat rice. |
