Sweet & Sour Chicken

This was delicious and so simple to prepare! The "hardest" part was remembering to get the chicken marinating in advance of dinner prep. My preschooler gobbled up the chicken and the adults enjoyed it too.

Never thought I would cook this dish at home but Maria made it so easy! The chicken marinade was so tasty, the whole dish was so good. All the ingredients are fresh and the servings are plentiful. Another easy to prepare meal! Even my “picky eater” mom has loved every dish we have tried! So happy to come home and not wonder what we’re having for dinner. It’s all fresh and put together for me to cook.
