The turkey was flavorful and moist and we enjoyed the gravy that came with it. Macaroni was ok, more work than I usually like to put in on weeknights and I found the sauce rather bland. Next time I will just mix the sauce with the noodles, add some season salt or something, and heat on the stove instead of baking. |

I am not very fond of Turkey meat. But I should admit that Maria's Turkey Provencal was very different from what I have tried to eat once a year on Thanksgiving. Deliciously spiced with Provencal herbs, and slow cooked in wine, this meal will be on my regular monthly dinner list! |

Turkey was seasoned so well, but I could eat the Mac and cheese all week long. |
