Our quiche pies are 6 inches in diameter with each pie serving 2 persons. A wonderful choice for Sunday brunch with family and friends.

Ingredients

Eggs, Asparagus, Leek, Cheese, Flour, Milk, Butter and Spices

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the fresh, homemade tart on a baking sheet.
Spread the filling evenly at the bottom of the tart.
Add cheese on top using a fork to maintain a flat, even layer.
Shake the pre-made mix well, then pour over cheese and filling using the fork to flatten and distribute evenly. Do not over fill the tart.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the egg mixture is no longer liquid.
Serve warm or at room temperature.

Best quiche ever

Superlative ease of assembly and delicious beyond description. My only suggestion is to lower the price. I feel it was too expensive.

Loved this Quiche!

Throw together a salad to have with this tasty quiche! So tasty! Homemade tart crust, spread leeks and scallions, put egg filling in and cook for 25 min at 350! Great for hors doerves as well
