Chicken Cacciatore

Chicken Breasts, Tomato, Bell Pepper, Onion, Mushroom, Thyme, Rosemary, Jalapeno, Honey, Chicken Broth, Garlic, Wine, Olive Oil, Seasoning

1. Heat a sauce pan with 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat.
2. Saute and brown chicken 2 minutes per side, in batches if necessary, then set aside.
3. Add sauce and bring to a boil then simmer.
4. Add back chicken and continue to simmer until sauce thickens.
5. Serve over spaghetti.
