Tender, delicious pork loin crusted in an aromatic herb rub, roasted to perfection and topped with a gravy. Served with roasted zucchini, bell peppers and red onions. Big flavor, little effort, why can't life be this way all the time? |

This just didn't do it for us. Plus not enough veggies for the meat. Again, the cooking time for the meat was way off what the instructions state. Thank you |

My husband loves pork so I knew I had to get this meal for him. The roasted vegetables on the side are good. The herb crusted pork is delicious and was perfectly done at 30 minutes in the oven. I did drizzle it with oil and sprinkled generously with coarse ground salt before baking. The gravy that goes over top was delicious. Everyone loved this meal. My pre-schooler said "this meal is really good" completely unprompted. Will order this one again. |

This was disappointing. Definitely our least favorite Maria's meal. Maria's sauces usually punch up whatever you put them on, but the flavor of this just seemed flat and uninspired. We did enjoy the vegetables a lot. Very tasty. |
