Ingredients

Pork, Cucumber, Carrots, Cilantro, Rice Wine Vinegar, Hoagie Roll, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Lemon Juice, Sesame Oil, Red Pepper Flakes, Brown Sugar, Mayonnaise, Sriracha, Black Pepper and Salt

Cooking Instructions

Heat a skillet on medium.
Spread mayo on buns.
Toast (mayo side down) on skillet for a minute until golden brown.
Coat skillet with oil.
Pan sear pork for 2 mins per side until crispy and cooked through.
Mix slaw dressing with coleslaw.
Slice pork, place on buns and assemble together with pickled veggies, cilantro and serve with coleslaw.

Another good one

The whole family seemed to enjoy this one! The pickled veg turned out just right, slaw was tasty, and the pork was good. A good weeknight meal to bring in dinner variety.

DELICIOUS!

This was really good, we all enjoyed it! I just wish the pork was already cooked so all you had to do was toast the bread and assemble the sandwiches. We would definitely order again!

Amazing Vietnamese Cuisine

Our entire family truly enjoyed this cuisine. Maria has introduced us to so many new dishes from around the world.Tonight,we got to sample authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pork was delicious with the pickled vegetables and the coleslaw had just the right amount of spice to balance out the meal.
