Heat a skillet on medium. Spread mayo on buns. Toast (mayo side down) on skillet for a minute until golden brown. Coat skillet with oil. Pan sear pork for 2 mins per side until crispy and cooked through. Mix slaw dressing with coleslaw. Slice pork, place on buns and assemble together with pickled veggies, cilantro and serve with coleslaw. |
