Spanish Chicken with Mushrooms

Maria comes up with some of the most creative dishes, and this is one of them. We've had all of the ingredients before, but never together. Before ordering from Maria these past 9 months, I used to stand in the grocery store thinking, "What am I going to do with these chicken breasts?" Maria's sauces are exquisite, which puts a gourmet finish on every meal.

Tender chicken cooked in the sauce for 50 minutes at 350 was a different preparation but so easy and it melted in our mouths.

This is another great dish. The sauce is so yummy. I don't eat white rice but the chicken & sauce are great without it.
