Spinach & Tomato Quiche

Description |
Quiche is a classic, French dish in a buttery tart filled with cheese, meat, fish or vegetables. This one is loaded with spinach, tomatoes, egg and cheese to please veggie lovers the world over. Our quiche pies are 6 inches in diameter with each pie serving 2 persons. A wonderful choice for Sunday brunch with family and friends. |

Ingredients: |
Eggs, Spinach, Tomato, Onion, Cheese, Flour, Milk, Butter, and Spices |
Cooking Instructions: |
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F 2. Place the fresh, homemade tart on a baking sheet. 3. Spread the filling evenly at the bottom of the tart 4. Add cheese on top using a fork to maintain a flat, even layer. 5. Shake the pre-made mix well, then pour over cheese and filling using the fork to flatten and distribute evenly. Do not over fill the tart. 6. Place the baking sheet in the pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until the egg mixture is no longer liquid. Serve warm or at room temperature. |

I confess, I left out the tomatoes and ate them on the side. Wonderful and so easy to put together! Would order it again for a breakfast or dinner meal. |
