Ingredients

Chicken Breast, Bell Pepper, Pineapple, Onion, Soy Sauce, Fish Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Ginger, Ketchup, Sugar, Corn Starch, Salt

Cooking Instructions

Mix the marinade with the chicken and let sit 15 mins to 1 hour in the fridge.
Coat a skillet with oil. Heat to medium high heat.
Coat the chicken with corn starch.
Cook on both sides until golden brown then remove.
Add more oil if needed then add veggies and saute 4 mins.
Add sauce and cook for 3 mins until slightly thickened.
Add chicken, toss and transfer to serving plate.
Reheat rice.

Sweet and Sour Chicken

Never thought I would cook this dish at home but Maria made it so easy! The chicken marinade was so tasty, the whole dish was so good. All the ingredients are fresh and the servings are plentiful. Another easy to prepare meal! Even my “picky eater” mom has loved every dish we have tried! So happy to come home and not wonder what we’re having for dinner. It’s all fresh and put together for me to cook.
