Description |
Thailand is another region of the world that has some delicious curries that are distinct from traditional Indian curries. Curries in Thailand mainly differ from the curries in Indian cuisine and other South Asian cuisines in their use of fresh ingredients such as herbs and aromatic leaves over a mix of spices. This one is a mild pork curry dish simmered with coconut milk and served with rice. |

I didn’t care for this dish at all. The description says coconut milk, so I was expecting a creamy coconut Thai curry. It was very tomato-y. I would not order again. |

Easy to prepare. Not spicy. Needed a bit of salt to taste but otherwise very good. |
