Ingredients

Rainbow Trout, Tomatoes, Thyme, Garlic, Mint, Beets, Cinnamon, Honey, Nutmeg, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Toss the beets in the provided glaze making sure they are well coated and bake for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
Place trout packets in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Open foil packets carefully being watchful for hot steam and serve with beets.
