Description

Fresh rainbow trout baked in foil together with the simple and wholesome flavors of tomatoes, thyme and olive oil. Served with roasted beets in a cinnamon honey glaze.

Preparation Time: None
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
Rainbow trout, tomatoes, thyme, garlic, mint, beets, cinnamon, honey, nutmeg, olive oil, salt & pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450F. Toss the beets in the provided glaze making sure they are well coated and bake for 20 minutes or until fork tender. Place trout packets in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Open foil packets carefully being watchful for hot steam.
