Pork loin, bok choy, bell pepper, onion, scallions, rice noodles, sugar, hoisin, rice vinegar, fish sauce, low sodium soy, honey, garlic, ginger, pepper flakes, sesame seeds, sesame oil |
Cooking Instructions: |
Noodles: Boil water in a sauce pan. Remove from heat. Add noodles. Let stand 8-10 mins or until noodles are soft but firm. Rinse under cold water, drain and mix with pork stir fry. Pork: Add pork to marinade and let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes but no more than 4 hours. Remove pork from marinade. Coat a pan with oil. Heat on medium heat. Saute pork 2-3 mins & remove. Add veggies. Saute for 4 mins. Add pork back together with sauce. Cook about 3 mins until warm. Mix with noodles and serve. |
